Laid before Parliament 25th February 1988
Coming into force 11th April 1988
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(5) of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
