# The Superannuation (Civil Service Transfer Rules) (Revocation) Rules 1972, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 17th November 1972
Coming into Operation 11th December 1972
The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1948, as amended by paragraph 25 of Schedule 6 to the Superannuation Act 1972, and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
