# The Superannuation (Civil Service Transfer Rules) (Revocation) Rules 1972, Note: Explanatory note


These Rules revoke the Rules set out in the Schedule, which contain provisions relating to the pensions of persons transferring between the Civil Service and certain other employments. Those provisions have now been incorporated in the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme made under section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972.
