  "text": "Rule 1 of these Rules shall not apply to any person to whom Part II of the Superannuation (Transfers between the Civil Service and Local Government) Rules 1950 and 1955 applies or would apply if he fulfilled the conditions contained in paragraphs (c) and (d) of Rule 3(1) of those Rules.",
