# Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, Article 18: Superannuation Acts to continue to apply to certain persons


The repeal by this Order of any provisions of the Superannuation Acts (Northern Ireland) 1967 and 1969 shall not affect the continued operation of those Acts so far as immediately before the repeal takes effect they apply in relation to any of the persons listed in Schedule 5.
