  "text": "PENSION\nMade 26th September 1949\nLaid before Parliament 27th September 1949\nComing into Operation 28th September 1949\nThe Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Them by Sections 4 and 15 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1948, and of all other powers enabling Them in that behalf, hereby make the following Rules:—",
