  "text": "These Rules apply to certain ex-Local Authority officers who were employed by the Assistance Board on its formation in 1934 and to four other classes of persons who have at various times in the past been transferred, with their work, to the Civil Service. They provide that the previous service rendered by such persons in the employment in which they were transferred shall be treated for superannuation purposes as though it had been service in a Government Department.",
