# The Superannuation (Rent Tribunals) Order 1965, Article 2


(1) In this Order the expression “Rent Tribunal” means a tribunal appointed in pursuance of section 1 of the Furnished Houses (Rent Control) Act 1946 or section 1 of the Rent of Furnished Houses Control (Scotland) Act 1943.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
