Article 2 Revocation of rules

The Superannuation (Teaching and Civil Service) Interchange Rules 1970^f1 and the Superannuation (Teaching and Civil Service) Interchange (Amendment) Rules 1972^f2 are hereby revoked.

Paragraph (1) shall not affect the operation of the rules thereby revoked in relation to any person who became, or ceased to be, employed as a teacher in reckonable service or, as the case may be, as a civil servant before 1st June 1972.
