# The Superannuation (Teaching and Civil Service) Interchange (Revocation) Rules 1974, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 30th April 1974
Laid before Parliament 10th May 1974
Coming into Operation 1st June 1974
The Secretary of State for Education and Science and the Minister for the Civil Service, in joint exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1948 as amended by paragraph 25 of schedule 6 to the Superannuation Act 1972 and vested in them, hereby make the following rules:—
