# The Superannuation (Teaching and Civil Service) Interchange (Revocation) Rules 1974, Note: Explanatory note


These Rules revoke rules relating to the pensions of persons transferring between teaching and the Civil Service and vice versa. Those rules have now been superseded by the Teachers' Superannuation (Added Years and Inter change) Regulations 1974 (S.I. 1974/260) and the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme made under section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972.
