  "text": "Subject to the provisions of Part III and of interchange rules, no payment of any pension shall be made under the Teachers' Regulations to or in respect of any person by reason of any service which is taken into account in calculating the amount of a transfer value under rule 7 other than a payment by way of return of voluntary contributions.",
