  "text": "(1) The Superannuation (Teaching and Local Government) Interchange Rules 1961 are hereby revoked.\n(2) Section 38(2) of the Interpretation Act 1889 (which relates to the effect of repeals) shall have effect in relation to the Rules hereby revoked as if both they and these Rules were Acts of Parliament.",
