  "text": "A person who—\n(a) immediately before 1st April 1967 enjoyed rights as a designated employee; and\n(b) elected under regulation 5(3) of the Teachers' Superannuation (Amending) Regulations 1968 that his service from 1st September 1968 should not be reckonable service\nshall be deemed for the purposes of sections 6 and 31 of the Act of 1937 not to have had a disqualifying break of service between the said two dates.",
