  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 30th April 1974\nLaid before Parliament 10th May 1974\nComing into Operation 1st June 1974\nThe Secretary of State for Education and Science, with the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1948 as amended by paragraph 25 of schedule 6 to the Superannuation Act 1972 and vested in him, hereby makes the following rules:—",
