# The Supervised Attendance Order (Prescribed Courts) (Scotland) Order 2004, Article 3: Prescribed courts


The courts which are prescribed for the purposes of section 235(4)(a) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 are–
(a) Ayr Sheriff Court; and
(b) Glasgow District Court.
