  "text": "The courts which are prescribed for the purposes of section 235(4)(a) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 are–\n(a) all Sheriff Courts in Scotland; and\n(b) all District Courts in Scotland; and\n(c) all Justice of the Peace Courts in Scotland.",
