Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Supplementary Benefit (Resources) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on the 6th April 1987.

In these Regulations the “Resources Regulations” mean the Supplementary Benefit (Resources) Regulations 1981f1.
