Regulation 8 Transitional provision

a person was in receipt of a supplementary allowance immediately before 6th April 1987; and

in the calculation of his resources there was taken into account under regulation 11(2)(h)(i) of the Resources Regulations, as in force immediately before 6th April 1987 any allowance for his maintenance; and

that person continues to be in receipt of a supplementary allowance and such a maintenance allowance;
