# The Supplementary Benefit (Single Payments) Amendment Regulations 1987, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations which may be cited as the Supplementary Benefit (Single Payments) Amendment Regulations 1987 shall come into force as follows:-
(a) regulations 1 and 3 on 21st January 1987;
(b) regulation 2 on 26th January 1987.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Single Payments Regulations” means the Supplementary Benefit (Single Payments) Regulations 1981
