# The Supplementary Benefit (Single Payments) Amendment Regulations 1987, Regulation 3: Supplementary provision for cases before amendment of regulation 26A comes into force


In any case where a claim under regulation 26A of the Single Payments Regulations (exceptionally cold weather) is made or treated as made in respect of the period of 7 days ending immediately before regulation 2 of these Regulations comes into force, the average mean daily temperature recorded for that period at the designated station shall be treated as equal to minus 1.5 degrees Celsius.
