  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 14th July 1980\nLaid before Parliament 17th July 1980\nComing into Operation 11th August 1980\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 8(1) of the Social Security Act 1980 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals as required by section 10(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
