# The Supplementary Benefit (Transitional) Regulations 1980, Regulation 5: Requirement to register


Any condition imposed by the Commission under section 5 of the 1976 Act (requirement to register for employment) shall be treated as a condition imposed under section 5 of the 1976 Act as amended by the 1980 Act.
