# The Supplementary Benefit (Transitional) Regulations 1980, Regulation 6: Payments to third parties


Any determination by the Commission under section 14(3) of the 1976 Act (supplementary benefit to be issued to a person other than the claimant) shall be treated as a determination to which regulations made pursuant to section 14(2)(i) of the 1976 Act as amended by the 1980 Act (payment of supplementary benefit to another person on behalf of the claimant) apply.
