# The Supplementary Benefit (Transitional) Regulations 1980, Regulation 9: Proceedings to which the Commission is a party


In any proceedings pending on 24th November 1980 before a court or tribunal (other than an Appeal Tribunal) the Secretary of State shall be substituted as a party for the Commission.
