  "text": "In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970, the entry relating to Schedule 4 to the Ministry of Social Security Act 1966 shall be omitted and at the end of the Schedule there shall be inserted the following entry—\n“\nSchedule 5.\nSupplementary Benefits Provision and maintenance of reception centres for persons without a settled way of living.\n”",
