  "text": "In section 22(1) of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1972, for the definition of “supplementary benefit” there shall be substituted—\n““supplementary benefit” means benefit under Part I of the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 except that it does not include benefit under section 3 (supplementary benefit to meet exceptional needs) of that Act;”",
