  "text": "(1) The amount up to which there is authorisation for the use of resources for the year ending with 31 March 2018 is increased by £321,822,620,000.\n(2) Of the amount authorised by subsection (1)—\n(a) £288,994,619,000 is authorised for use for current purposes; and\n(b) £32,828,001,000 is authorised for use for capital purposes.",
