  "text": "(1) The amount up to which there is authorisation for the use of resources for the year ending with 31 March 2019 is increased by £328,649,491,000.\n(2) Of the amount authorised by subsection (1)—\n(a) £290,785,115,000 is authorised for use for current purposes; and\n(b) £37,864,376,000 is authorised for use for capital purposes.",
