# Supply and Appropriation (Main Estimates) Act 2026, Section 1: Main authorisation for use of resources for 2026-27

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The amount up to which there is authorisation for the use of resources for the year ending with 31 March 2027 is increased by £634,484,239,000.
(2) Of the amount authorised by subsection (1)—
(a) £527,294,965,000 is authorised for use for current purposes, and
(b) £107,189,274,000 is authorised for use for capital purposes.
