# The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, Regulation 8: Duty to have regard to statements of national minimum standards published under section 23 of the Care Standards Act 2000

If the Secretary of State publishes a statement of national minimum standards applicable to supported accommodation undertakings under section 23 of the Care Standards Act 2000, the registered person must have regard to the statement.
