# The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 16: Modification of section 23 (national minimum standards)

In section 23—
(a) subsection (1ZA) is be read as if it were omitted;
(b) in subsection (4), the references to “the registration authority”, in respect of a supported accommodation undertaking, are to be read as references to the CIECSS.
