  "text": "In columns 1 and 2, after fee 1.5(b) there shall be added the following new fees—\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nNumber and description of fee\nAmount of fee\n1.6 (a) On the commencement of the judicial review procedure\nWhere the court has made an order giving permission to proceed with a claim for judicial review, there shall be payable by the claimant within 7 days of service on the claimant of that order:\n£30\n1.6 (b) if the judicial review procedure has been commenced\n£120\n1.6 (c) if the claim for judicial review was commenced otherwise than by using the judicial review procedure\n£30",
