  "text": "In relation to applications for judicial review to which rule 30 of the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2000 applies (transitional provisions)—\n(a) articles 3 and 4 of this Order shall have no effect; and\n(b) the fees payable shall be those that applied immediately before 2nd October 2000.",
