# The Supreme Court Fees (Amendment No. 4) Order 2000, Article 5: Transitional provisions


In relation to applications for judicial review to which rule 30 of the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2000 applies (transitional provisions)—
(a) articles 3 and 4 of this Order shall have no effect; and
(b) the fees payable shall be those that applied immediately before 2nd October 2000.
