Article 1

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st September 1990.

(2)

The Supreme Court Fees Order 1980^f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Order and in those provisions a fee referred to by number means the fee so numbered in the Schedule to the said Order of 1980.
