Article 5 Amendments to the 1980 Order
In relation to each fee shown in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, the amount shown in column 3 shall be substituted for the amount shown in column 2.
In relation to each fee shown in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, the amount shown in column 3 shall be substituted for the amount shown in column 2.
