  "text": "After Fee No. 5D there shall be inserted the following new fee:\n“\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nItem\nFee £\nDocument to be marked\n5DA On any of the following applications under the Arbitration Act 1996:\n(a) an application by consent before a judge\n20.00\nThe draft order\n(b) an application by consent before a master or district judge, where an appointment is taken\n30.00\nThe arbitration application (in Form No. 8A)\n(c) an application before a Judge where an appointment is taken, other than an application by consent or an ex parte application.\n50.00\nThe arbitration application (in Form No. 8A)\n”.",
