Article 6 Amendments to the 1999 Fees Order

In column 1 in fee 1, in the notes under the heading “Fees 1.1 and 1.2 Generally”, for the note “Fees 1.1 and 1.2 shall not be payable where fee 1.5(b) or fee 6 apply.” there shall be substituted the following note–

“Fees 1.1 and 1.2 shall not be payable where fee 1.5(b), fee 4.1 or fee 6 apply.”.
