  "text": "(1) The fees set out in column (2) of the table in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 are payable in the Supreme Court in respect of the items described in column (1) of that table, subject to paragraph (2).\n(2) No fee is payable under this article in respect of criminal proceedings, other than the fee payable on submitting a claim for costs.",
