# The Supreme Court Rules 2024, Rule 18: Oral hearing of application


(1) Where the panel of Justices has directed an oral hearing, the appellant and every respondent who has given notice under rule 15 shall be informed of the date of the oral hearing.
(2) An order of the Court shall be prepared by the Registrar to record any decision made under this rule. The order must be notified in accordance with rule 17(6).
