Regulation 2 Classification of waters

The classifications SW (“salmonid waters”) and CW (“cyprinid waters”), and the criteria for those classifications, set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall apply for classifying inland freshwaters which need protection or improvement in order to support fish life.
