# The Surface Waters (River Ecosystem) (Classification) Regulations 1994, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Surface Waters (River Ecosystem) (Classification) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 10th May 1994.
(2) In these Regulations references to a numbered column are references to the column so numbered in the Schedule to these Regulations.
