Article 14 Function of West Surrey Joint Committee relevant to code of conduct

The West Surrey Joint Committee must formulate proposals for the code of conduct to be adopted by the West Surrey shadow authority in accordance with article 32(1) and present those proposals at the first meeting of the shadow authority.

In formulating proposals under paragraph (1) the West Surrey Joint Committee must have regard to section 27 of the 2011 Act (duty to promote and maintain high standards of conduct) and section 28 (codes of conduct) of that Act.
