# Sustainable Aviation Fuel Act 2026, Section 2: Notice of directions and revocation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Secretary of State must send a copy of a direction under section 1(1) to the producer named in the direction.
(2) The Secretary of State may revoke a direction under section 1(1) by giving written notice to the designated counterparty and the producer.
(3) If a direction is revoked, any offer made in pursuance of the direction but not yet accepted lapses.
