  "text": "(1) Levy regulations may require a person to provide financial collateral to the designated counterparty (whether in cash, securities or any other form) in respect of any liability of the person to pay the levy.\n(2) The provision that may be made under subsection (1) includes provision for the designated counterparty to determine the form and terms of any financial collateral.",
