  "text": "Local Government, England\nMade 9th October 2008\nLaid before Parliament 13th October 2008\nComing into force 3rd November 2008\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Sustainable Communities Act 2007 and after having consulted—\n(a) the selector, and\n(b) such other persons who represent the interests of local authorities as the Secretary of State thinks fit,\nin accordance with section 5(2) of that Act:",
