  "text": "Water Industry, Wales\nMade 4 February 2020\nComing into force on the day after the day on which it is made\nThe Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of, and paragraph 14 of Schedule 3 to, the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, make the following Order.\nIn accordance with paragraph 14(5)(b) of Schedule 3 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by, a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.",
