  "text": "(a) In proceedings for an offence under any provision of this Order mentioned in sub-paragraph (b) below it shall be a defence for the Company to prove that they took all reasonable precautions and exercised all due diligence to avoid the commission of such an offence.\n(b) The provisions referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above are—\narticle 9 (Provision against danger to navigation);\narticle 12 (Lights on tidal works during construction);\narticle 13 (Permanent lights on tidal works).",
