  "text": "(1) Section 18 (Power to hold fish-market) of the Sutton Harbour Act 1889 is hereby amended by the substitution for the words from “the site” to “mentioned” of the words “any lands for the time being forming part of the undertaking of the Company”.\n(2) Section 31 (Retirement of future Directors not being Nominees) of the Sutton Harbour Act 1847 is hereby repealed and accordingly section 88 (Rotation of Directors) of the Companies Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 (rotation of directors) as incorporated with the enactments of the Company shall apply and have effect with respect to the Company.",
